As a team, we have one common goal: to become world champions at the Bridgestone World Solar Challenge 2025. This is only possible if we work together as one team and function efficiently. As the team manager, it is my task to facilitate a good team atmosphere and ensure that everyone can bring out the best in themselves. In this way, everyone can extract those last percentages from themselves and the car.
For me personally, this is a unique opportunity to lead a group of 22 motivated engineering students. It is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to participate in such a project. I am seizing this chance with both hands, and I want to learn as much as possible in the fields of management and people skills.
