As coach of the Innoptus Solar Team, I support the team in their process of building or improving a solar car and share my experience from team to team. This ensures continuity within the different projects and helps in an efficient knowledge transfer. As I am doing this since 2012, the team can rely on a vast amount of experience and knowledge, even I did not built a solar car myself!
