As Team Manager of the Innoptus Solar Team, I strive to create an atmosphere where every team member can be their best self. A close team is the basis of success! This success goes hand in hand with competing for victory in the upcoming races. Furthermore, I wish to further develop my soft skills and contribute with the team to the already advanced technology.
Not only the final goal of winning the race is important, but also how we evolve throughout the year, as Emerson once said: "it’s not about the destination, it’s about the journey". We are taking on a challenge that we will be talking about for the rest of our lives, so I am extremely proud to be part of this fantastic team. Together, we will do everything to be successful and to inspire others!
